Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your ThriveTracker account and all associated data at any time.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Data that will be deleted:
- Account credentials and profile information
- Goals, tasks, and milestones
- Wellness logs (mood, sleep, activity, sobriety)
- Finance records and budgets
- AI conversation history
- Learning progress and study sessions
- All app preferences and settings
How to request deletion:

Send an email to our support address below with the subject line "Delete My Account"

Include the email address associated with your ThriveTracker account

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days
You can also delete your account directly in the app under
Settings → Account → Delete Account
